I (hereinafter referred to as the “Subject”) provide Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Consent”) on the conditions set forth below.
The provision of Consent is the registration and/or creation of an exchange application on the Internet site dev.dev.dashka.exchange.
Acting freely, in accordance with his will and in his own interest, as well as confirming his legal capacity, the Subject gives consent to the cryptocurrency exchange office dev.dev.dashka.exchange (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) to process his personal data in accordance with the following conditions:
1. Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data of the Subject that is not special or biometric:
- last name, first name, patronymic, gender;
- date of birth, place of birth, citizenship;
- passport details;
- email address;
- residence address;
- contact details (telephone, fax);
- photos;
- profiles on social networks;
- other information provided to the Operator about the Subject.
2. The operator may use industry-wide coоkie technology. A coоkie is a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the computer used by the Subject, allowing the Operator to store the Subject’s personal settings and preferences, as well as collect non-personal information about him.
3. The processing of personal data by the Operator means an action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (including cross-border) (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
4. The subject gives his consent to the processing of personal data for the following purposes:
- Subject Identification;
- Interaction with the Subject, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the actions of the Operator, as well as processing requests and applications from the Subject;
- Sending promotional materials and information about special offers to the Subject;
- Ensuring high-quality operation of the Operator’s website;
- Ensuring interaction between the Subject and the Operator in order to provide services to him;
- Providing the Subject with the necessary additional infrastructure, including accounts on the Operator’s online portal;
- Ensuring the required level of security.
5. The subject of personal data has the right to send the Operator a request for clarification of his personal data, a request for blocking or destruction if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
6. Personal data of the Subject is processed until the liquidation of the Operator.
7. The Operator processes the Subject’s personal data in accordance with accepted local regulations.
8. The Operator takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the Subject’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
9. Consent can be revoked by the Personal Data Subject or his representative by sending an email to the Operator at [email protected] or through the “Contacts” – “Feedback” form on the website dev.dev.dashka.exchange via the link: https://dev.dev.dashka.exchange/feedback/. Consent may be withdrawn upon notification at least 30 days before the expected date of termination of data processing by the Operator.
10. If the Personal Data Subject or his representative withdraws the Consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified by local or local legislation “On Personal Data”.
11. By this Consent, the Subject confirms that he has reached the age of 18 years.
12. This Consent is valid all the time until the termination of the processing of personal data specified in paragraphs 6 and 9 of this Consent.
